Now, here is an interesting twist on the word which you might not consider! I read this quotation, just now, as part of my daily morning’s devotion:
“Antichrist, meaning all who exalt themselves against the will and work of God, will at the appointed time feel the wrath of Him who gave Himself that they might not perish but have eternal life.”
WOW. Usually when I began to write something I have an idea of how it will begin and end, it is the filling up of the middle part which need development; and this is where I am right now, wondering how this middle portion is going work out in relation to some of my friends, which to be honest, I cannot concern myself, too much, because “truth” is “truth”.
As many of you must know by now, a great deal of my posting involves the message of the Sabbath. It is the message for these last days and I’m only doing my part to make those in my small world knowledgeable as to the role it will have, the eternal consequences, and I don’t see this stopping anytime soon. But, and perhaps you haven’t either, hadn’t considered the much more broader definition of the word as given by this revered authoress,
“Antichrist, meaning ‘all’ who exalt themselves against the ‘will and work of God’”.
Question: Does God want you to keep His Ten Commandments?
Question: If you do not keep His Ten Commandments, does this mean you are against His will?
Question: If you are reading this post and made aware you are working against God’s plan for His people and avoid, disregard, do not keep the Sabbath which are a part of the Ten Commandments, does this mean you are working against Him?
Statement: Then I guess you would qualify being in the role of “antichrist”!
Well, even I was surprised how this one turned out. Direct, such as I am. No wiggle room, which means truth is talking. You see, whenever sin enters into the picture, there is wiggle room, meaning: excuses, justification, pacification and other so-called reasonings to make us feel better about what we’re doing whether it is right or wrong.
There is none here. Either you are on God’s side, or, you are not.
